Are any difference to purchase from Amazon or from the MAZENHARD store
Customers within U.S. can only make purchase order from Amazon.com by click through the [Shop on Amao=zon.com] link, which will bring customers to MAZENHARD store on Amazon.com, all the products will ship from Amazon warehouse to U.S.customer's delivery address with fast shipping about 3-5 days.
For customers within Canada, who can make the payment through Amazon , or through our store (Canada Only), there is no difference and all the products will ship from Amazon warehouse to customer delivery address with fast shipping about 3-5 days.
What is the return policy? (Include the products ordered from Amazon or from the store )
A refund will be provided if Amazon ( or our store) has received the item, and determined that you are eligible for a refund. It can take up to 30 days for Amazon or our store to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund timeframes may be longer. If we need additional information about your return, we will notify you with instructions to contact Customer Service.
When will I get my order?
